ဒီနေ့တော့ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာလုံးလေးတွေကို လေ့လာကြရအောင်။
(1) At the bottom - အောက်ခြေမှာ
e.g
(၁) The Titanic is at the bottom of the ocean. (တိုက်တန်းနစ်သဘောၤာဟာ သမုဒ္ဒရာရဲ့အောက်ခြေမှာ)
(၂) Leaves are the top of a tree, and roots are at the bottom. (သစ်ရွက်တွေက သစ်ပင်ထိပ်မှာ၊ အမြစ်တွေက အောက်ခြေမှာ)
(၃) The page number is at the bottom of the page. (စာမျက်နှာနံပါတ်က စာမျက်နှာရဲ့အောက်ခြေမှာ)
(2) A close call - သီသီလေးလွတ်မြောက်ခြင်း

(၁) As I walked into the road, a bicycle almost hit me! It was a close call! (ငါလမ်းထဲလျှောက်ဝင်သွားစဉ်မှာ စက်ဘီးတစ်စီးက ငါ့ကိုတိုက်လုနီးပါးဖြစ်ခဲ့တာ။ သီသီလေး ကပ်လွတ်သွားတယ်)
(၂) The baby fell into the swimming pool. Luckily, somebody saw and pulled him out! What a close call!

(4) Out of my way – သွားမယ့်လမ်းခရီးပေါ်မှာမဟုတ်

(၁) I can’t drive her home. I’m going north, and she lives south. Her house is out of my way. (ကျွန်တော် သူ့ကိုကားမောင်းပြီး အိမ်ပြန်ပို့လို့မရဘူး။ ကျွန်တော်က မြောက်ဘက်သွားမှာ။ သူမက တောင်ဘက်မှာ။ သူမရဲ့အိမ်က ကျွန်တော်သွားမယ့်လမ်းပေါ်မှာမဟုတ်ဘူး)
(5) The rat race - စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုများပြားသော မြို့ပြလူနေမှုပုံစံ

(၁) I wish I could get out of the rat race and become a fisherman. Life would be so peaceful! (စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုများတဲ့မြို့ပြလူနေမှုပုံစံကနေထွက်ပြီး တံငါသည် လုပ်ချင်လိုက်တာ။ ဘဝက အရမ်းငြိမ်းချမ်းမှာပဲ)
