တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတွင် ပညာသင်ကြားရန်အတွက် ကျောင်သားဗီဇာလျှောက်ထားခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ သိကောင်းစရာများ

1. မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ တရုတ်သံရုံးနှင့် ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်က တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတွင် ပညာသင်ကြားရန်အတွက် ကျောင်းသားဗီဇာ (X1) ကို ပြန်လည်လျှောက်ထားခွင့်ပြုပြီး ကျောင်းသားများ၏ မိသားစုဝင်များအား ကျောင်းသားများနှင့်အတူ နေထိုင်ရန် (သို့မဟုတ်) သွားရောက်လည်ပတ်ရန်အတွက် ခွင့်ပြုမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရှိပါတယ်။

1.1 Visa လျှောက်ထားရမယ့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွေကတော့
(၁) အွန်လိုင်းဗီဇာလျှောက်လွှာပုံစံ (https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn) (https://bit.ly/3RdfKxK) ကို ဖြည့်သွင်းပါ။ Confirmation Page နဲ့ Application Form ကို Print ထုတ်ပြီး "Confirmation Page နဲ့ Item 9" ကို လက်မှတ်ထိုးပါ။
(၂) လျှောက်လွှာတင်သွင်းရန်အတွက် အွန်လိုင်းမှ ရက်ချိန်းရယူပြီး ဗီဇာရက်ချိန်းအတည်ပြုချက်ပုံစံကို Print ထုတ်ပါ။
(၃) ရက်ချိန်းရယူပြီးပြီဆိုရင် လျှောက်ထားသူသည် ချိန်းဆိုထားသည့်ရက်ချိန်းအတိုင်း လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးထားတဲ့ Confirmation Letter, Application Form, Passport၊ အခြားလိုအပ်တဲ့စာရွက်စာတမ်းများနဲ့အတူ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ တရုတ်သံရုံးကို သွားရောက်ရမှာပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
1.2 လျှောက်လွှာစာရွက်စာတမ်းများ
(၁) လျှောက်လွှာဖောင်ကို Online မှ ဖြည့်သွင်းခြင်း (ဖြည့်သွင်းပြီးထားသည့်ဖောင်ကို Print ထုတ်ထားရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်)
(၂) နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်မူရင်းနှင့်မိတ္တူ၊ (Information Page, Observation Page, Latest China Visa Page (or) Latest foreigner's residence permit pages) . . . စသည့်အချက်အလက်မိတ္တူများ
(၃) COVID-19 ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးလက်မှတ် မူရင်းနှင့် မိတ္တူ
(၄) နိုင်ငံသားစိစစ်ရေးကဒ်ပြား မူရင်းနှင့်မိတ္တူ (စာမျက်နှာနှစ်ဖက်စလုံး)
(၅) မကြာသေးမီကရိုက်ကူးထားသည့် နိုင်ငံကူးလက်မှတ်အရွယ် ရောင်စုံဓာတ်ပုံနှစ်ပုံ (နောက်ခံအဖြူရောင်) (အရွယ်အစား- 48mm×33mm)
(၆) Different Visas များ ဖြစ်နေခဲ့လျှင် လိုအပ်သည့် နောက်တိုးစာရွက်များမှာ - အောက်တွင်ဖော်ပြထားသည့် ပုံပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
2. 24.8.2022 မှစတင်၍ တရားဝင်နေထိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသောနိုင်ငံခြားသားများ ကျောင်းတက်ခွင့် ဗီဇာ လျှောက်ထားရန် မလိုအပ်ပါ။
3. သတိပြုရန်
(၁) Short -term study (less than 180 days) (ကာလတိုလေ့လာမှု)အတွက် ဗီဇာလျှောက်လွှာများကို ရပ်ဆိုင်းထားဆဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
(၂) လျှောက်ထားသူများသည် လေယာဉ်မတက်မီ COVID-19 ကာကွယ်ထိန်းချုပ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို တရုတ်သံရုံး၏ စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လိုက်နာရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

【Notice on Student Visa Application】
1. In accordance with relevant arrangement, the Embassy and Consulate General of China in Myanmar will resume application of student (X1) visa for studying in China, and allow family members of students studying in China to stay along with them or visit them.
1.1 Application procedure:
(1) Fill out the visa application form online (https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn), print out the confirmation page and application form, and sign the confirmation page and item 9.
(2) Make an appointment online to submit the application and print out the visa appointment confirmation form.
(3) After making an appointment, applicants shall submit the confirmation letter with signature, the print-out application form, passport and other supporting documents at the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar at the scheduled time.
1.2 Application documents:
(1) Application form completed online (print-out of the entire form);
(2) Original passport and photocopy of the information page, observations page, the latest China visa page or the latest foreigner’s residence permit page;
(3) Original and photocopy of COVID-19 Vaccination Certification;
(4) Original ID card and photocopy of both sides;
(5) two recently-taken color passport photo (size: 48mm×33mm) against a white background of 2 inches without a crown;
(6) Additional documents for different visas are as follows picture.
2. Starting from August 24, 2022, foreigners holding valid residence
permits for study do not need to apply for visas to go to China.
3. Attention:
(1) Visa applications for short-term study (less than 180 days) are still suspended.
(2) Applicants should abide by the regulations of the Chinese Embassy on COVID-19 prevention and control requirements before boarding the plane.
