1. For the elimination of all offences committed by deed speech or thought.
သြကာသ သြကာသ သြကာသ ကာယကံ ဝစီကံ မနောကံ သဗ္ဗဒေါသ ခပ်သိမ်းသော အပြစ်တို့ကို ပျောက်ပါစေခြင်းအကျိုးငှာ
2. I respectfully and humbly raise my hands together three times in obeisance, adoration, worship and subdued pride to the Buddha Jewel, the Dhamma Jewel, and the Samgha Jewel ; once, twice, thrice I pray O my Lord, Sir.
ပထမ ဒုတိယ တတိယ တစ်ကြိမ် နှစ်ကြိမ် သုံးကြိမ်မြောက်အောင် ဘုရားရတနာ တရားရတနာ သံဃာရတနာ ရတနာမြတ်သုံးပါးတို့ကို အရိုအသေအလေးအမြတ် လက်အုပ်မိုး၍ ရှိခိုးပူဇော် ဖူးမြော်မာန်လျော့ ကန်တော့ပါ၏အရှင်ဘုရား။

4. May I ever be liberated from and quenched of the four woeful states, the three epochs of affliction, the eight incongenial locations, the five enemies, the four misfortunes and the five losses.
အပါယ်လေးပါး ကပ်သုံးပါး ရပ်ပြစ်ရ်ှပါး ရန်သူမျိုးငါးပါး ဝိပ္ပတ္တိတရားလေးပါး ဗျဿနတရား ငါးပါးတို့မှ အခါခပ်သိမ်း ကင်းလွတ်င်ြမ်းသည်ဖြစ်၍
5. May I attain magga-phala and Nibbana.

(D) Establishing the Three Refuges သရဏဂုသုံးပါး ခံယူဆောက်တည်ခြင်း
1. I recognise and take refuge in the Buddha as shelter.
မြတ်စွားဘုရားကို ခိုကိုး ာအဖြစ် ကိုးကွယ်ဆည်းကပ် သိမှတ်ပါ၏ဘုရား။
2. I recognise and take refuge in the Dhamma as shelter.
တရားတော်ကို ခိုကိုး ာအဖြစ် ကိုးကွယ်ဆည်းကပ် သိမှတ်ပါ၏ဘုရား။
3. I recognise and takte refuge in the Samgha as shelter.
သံဃာတော်ကို ခိုကိုး ာအဖြစ် ကိုးကွယ်ဆည်းကပ် သိမှတ်ပါ၏ဘုရား။

သိမြင်ခံစားတတ်သောသက်ရှိသတ္တဝါ မှန်သမျှကို မသတ်ကြောင်း သိက္ခာပုဒ်ကို စောင့်ထိန်းပါ၏
2. I observe the precept not to steal the ungiven things.
မပေးသော သူတပါး ဥစ္စာပစ္စည်းများကို မခိုးယူကြောင်း သိက္ခာပုဒ်ကို စောင့်ထိန်းပါ၏
3. I observe the precept not to indulge in unnoble sexual
enjoyments.
မှားယွင်းသော ကာမဂုဏ်ခံစားမှုကို မလိုက်စားကြောင်း သိက္ခာပုဒ်ကို စောင့်ထိန်းပါ၏
4. I observe the precept not to tell falsehood.
မဟုတ်မမှန်သောစကားကို မပြောဆိုကြောင်း သိက္ခာပုဒ်ကို စောင့်ထိန်းပါ၏
5. I observe the precept not to be intoxicated with narcotics, drugs and alcoholic drinks which are the causes of forgetfulness of the Dhamma.

၁။ အသေဝနာ စ ဗာလာနံ = လူမိုက်တို့နှင့်မပေါင်းသင်း မဆက်ဆံခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
1. Asevanaca balanam; Not to associate with the foolish is the highest blessing.
၂။ ပဏ္ဍိတာနဉ္စ သေဝနံ ပညာရှိသူတော်ကောင်းတို့နှင့်သာလျှင် ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
2. Panditananca sevana; To associate only with the wise is the highest blessing.
၃။ ပူဇာ စ ပူဇနေယျာနံ = ပူဇော်ထိုက်သူကို ပူဇော်ခြင်းသည် မြင့်မြတ်သော မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
3. Pujaca Pujaneyyanam; To honour those who are worthly of honour is the highest blessing.
၄။ ပတိရူပဒေသဝါသော စ= သင့်လျှော်လျှောက်ပတ်သောအရပ်ဒေသမှာ နေထိုင်ခြင်းသည် မြင့်မြတ်သော မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
4. Patirupadesavaso ca; To dwell in a suitable locality is the highest blessing.
၅။ ပုဗ္ဗေ စ ကတပုညတာ =ရှေ့အခါက ကြိုတင်ကောင်းမှုပြုလုပ်ထားပြီးခြင်းသည် မြင့်မြတ်သောမင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
5. Pubbe ca Katapunnata; To have done meritorious deeds in the past is the highest blessing.
၆။ အတ်တသမ်မာပဏိဓိ စ= မိမိကိုယ်ကို ကောင်းစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောက်တည်နိုင်ခြင်းသည် မြင့်မြတ်သော မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
6. Attasamma panidhi ca; To set one self in the right course is the highest blessing.
၇။ ဗာဟုသစ္စဉ္စ = များပြားကျယ်ပြန့်နှံ့စပ်သောလောကီ လောကုတ္တရာ အထွေထွေဗဟုသုတရှိခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
7. Bahusaccanca; To have a wide general knowledge in mundane and supramundane level is the highest blessing.
၈။ သိပ္ပဉ္စ = နည်းပညာနှင့် လက်မှုပညာတတ်ကျွမ်းခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
8. Sippanca; Being skillful in the technology and handicrafts is the highest blessing.
၉။ ဝိနယော စ သုသိက္ခိတော=လူဝတ်ကြောင် နှင့် ရဟန်းသံဃာများအတွက် မြတ်ဗုဒ္ဓက ချမှတ်ပညတ်ထားသော ကျင့်ဝတ်သိက္ခာများကို သင်ယူခြင်း လိုက်နာကျင့်ကြံခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
9. Vinayo ca susikkhito; Learning and abiding by the rules of conduct and disciplines laid down by the Buddha for lay devotees and monks is the highest blessing.
၁၀။ သုဘာသိတာ စ ယာ ဝါစာ =မှန်ကန်သော သာယာနာပျော်ဖွယ်ကောင်းသော အများအကျိုးရှိသော စကားကို ပြောဆိုခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
10. Subhasita ca yavaca; Speaking what is true, pleasant and beneficial to other is the highest blessing.
၁၁။ မာတာပိတုဥပဋ္ဌာနံ = မိဘနှစ်ပါးကို နီးနီးကပ်ကပ် ပြုစုလုပ်ကျွေးခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
11. Matapitu upalthanam; To attend closely to one’s parents is the highest blessing.
၁၂။ ပုတ္တဒါရဿ သင်္ဂဟော = ဇနီးမယား သမီးသားတို့ကို ကျွေးမွေးပြုစု ယုယခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
12. Puttadarassa Sangaho; To take care of one’s wife and children is a noble blessing.
၁၃။ အနကုလာ စ ကမ္မန္တာ = သင့်လျှော်လျှောက်ပတ်သောအချိန် သင့်လျှော်လျှောက်ပတ်သော အခြေအနေမှာ အပြစ်ကင်းသောအလုပ်ကို ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
13. Anakulaca Kammanta; To perform a faultless work at a proper time and under proper Circumstances is a noble blessing.
၁၄။ ဒါနဉ္စ =ဒါနကောင်းမှု ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းသည် ( ပေးကမ်းလှူဒါန်းခြင်းသည်) မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
14. Dananca; Performing acts of charity is the highest blessing.
၁၅။ ဓမ္မစရိယာ စ= ကုသိုလ်ကောင်းမှု ဆယ်မျိုးကို ပြုလုပ်လျက် ရိုးသားဖြောင့်မှန်စွာ နေထိုင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
15. Dhammacariya ca; To live righteously performing the ten kinds of meritorious deeds is a noble blessing.
၁၆။ ဉာတကာနဉ္စ သင်္ဂဟော =ဆွေမျိုးတွေကို ချီးမြှောက်ထောက်ပံ့ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးထြစ်ပါသည်။
16. Natakananca Sangaho; To support one’s paternal relatives is a noble blessing.
၁၇။ အနဝဇ္ဇာနိ ကမ္မာနိ= မိမိအကျိုး သူများအကျိုး ရွယ်သယ်ပိုးခြင်းနဲ့စပ်၍ အပြစ်တင် ကဲ့ရိဖွယ်မရှိသော အလုပ်ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
17. Anavajjani Kammani; To perform a blameless action associated with the welfare of oneself and other is a noble blessing.
၁၈။ အာရတီ ပါပါ= မကောင်းမှု ဒုစရိုက်၏မကောင်းသောအကျိုးဆက်များကို ကောင်းစွာသိလျက် မကောင်းမှုအားလုံးမှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်ရန် စိတ်ပိုင်းဖြတ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
18. Arati pa pa; To resolve mentally to refrain from committing all evils, knowing well the evil consequences of evil conduct is a noble blessing.
၁၉။ ဝိရတီ ပါပါ= ကာယဒုစ္စရိုက် သုံးပါး ဝစီဒုစရိုက် လေးပါးတို့မှ လက်တွေ့ရှောင်ကြဉ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
19. Virati pa pa; To refrain from committing three bodily evil deeds and four verbal evil deeds is a noble blessing.
၂၀။ မဇ္ဇပါနာ စ သံယမော = မည်သည့်အရက်သေစာ မူးယစ်ဆေးမျိုးကိုမဆို ရှောင်ကြဉ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
20. Majjapanaca Samyamo; To abstain from any intoxicating drink or drug is a noble blessing.
၂၁။ အပ္ပမာဒေါ စ ဓမ္မေသု = ကောင်းမှုကုသိုလ် ပြုလုပ်ဖို့ မမေ့လျော့ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
21. Appamado ca dhammesu; Not to be negligent in doing good deeds is a noble blessing.
၂၂။ ဂါရဝေါ စ= ရိုသေထိုက်သူကို ရိုသေခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
22. Garavo ca; To pay respect to those who are worthy of respect is a noble blessing.
၂၃။ နိဝါတော စ = မာန်မာန မထားဘဲ မိမိကိုယ်ကို နှိမ်ချပြီး ရိုးသားဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ နေထိုင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာဖြစ်ပါသည်။
23. Nivatoca; To be humble and modest without pride and conceit is a noble blessing.
၂၄။ သန္တုဋ္ဌိ စ= ရိုးရိုးသားသားနဲ့ မှန်မှန် ဆက်လက်အစွမ်းကုန်ကြိုးစားရမည်ဖြစ်သော် မိမိလက်ရှိပိုင်ဆိုင်ထားတာနဲ့ တင်းတိမ်ရောင့်ရဲနိုင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
24. Santutthi ca : To be contented with whatever one possesses presently, although one must strive and work hard honestly and steadily is a noble blessing.
၂၅။ ကတညုတ= သူများပြုဖူးတဲ့ကျေးဇူးတရားကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုပြီး ပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
25. Katannuta : To acknowledge other’s gratitude and repay one’s debt of gratitude a noble blessing.
၂၆။ ကာလေန ဓမ္မဿ ဝနံ = ပစ္စုပ္ပန်ဘဝမှာရော နောင်ဘဝမှာပါ ကောင်းကျိုးချမ်းသာကို ပေးစွမ်းနိုင်သောတရားဓမ္မကို နာကြားခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
26. Kalena dhamma savanam : To listen to the dhamma which can lead one to prosperity in the present life as well as in future lives is a noble blessing.
၂၇။ ခန္တိ စ= ရန်ငြိုးအာဃာတမထားဘဲ သူတပါးတို့ ရန်စစော်ကားမှုကို ခွင့်လွတ်ပြီး သည်းခံခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
27. Khantica : To forgive the insult caused by other and be patient without bearing a grudge is a noble blessing.
၂၈။ သောဝစဿတာ= လူကြီး သူမနဲ့ပညာရှိပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ ပေးသောအကြံဉာဏ်သြဝါဒတွေကို နာခံလွယ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
28. Sovacassata : To obey readily the advice given by elders and learned persons is a noble blessing.
၂၉။ သမဏာနဉ္စ ဒဿနံ = စင်ကြယ်သောစိတ်၊ စင်ကြယ်ကြောင်းအကျင့်ကို ကျင်သုံးနေသော ရဟန်း သူတော်စင်ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များကို ဖူးမြင်ရခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
29.Samanananca dassanam : To see noble persons who have purified or are trying to purify their minds is a noble blessing.
၃၀။ ကာလေန ဓမ္မသာကစ္ဆာ = သင့်လျှော်လျှောက်ပတ်သောအချိန်မှာ ပညာရှိပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တိုနှင့် တရားအကြောင်းဆွေးနွေးခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
30. Kalena dhammasakaccha : Discussion of the dhamma with learned persons at the proper time is a noble blessing.
၃၁။ တပေါ စ= ကိလေသာအားလုံး ခန်းခြောက်စေရန် ဣန္ဒြေကို ထိန်းချုပ်လျက် ခြိုးခြံသောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
31. Tapo ca : To practise austerity by controlling one’s sense faculties in order to scorch all defilements is a noble blessing.
၃၂။ ဗြဟ္မစရိယာ စ= သစ္စာလေးပါးမြတ်တရားကို ထိုးထွင်းသိမြင်ခြင်းအကျိုးငှာ မြတ်မြတ်သောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့်သုံးခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
32. Brahmacariyanca : To undertake the noble practice in order to realize the four noble truths is a noble blessing.
၃၃။ အရိယသစ္စာန ဒဿနံ = တဆင့်ချင်း မဂ်စိတ်လေးပါးဖြင့် သစ္စာလေးပါး မြတ်တရားကို ထိုးထွင်းသိမြင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
33. Ariyasaccana dassanam : To realize the four Noble Truths with four Path- consciousnesses stage by stage is a noble blessing.
၃၄။ နိဗ္ဗာန သစ္ဆိကိရိယာ စ= နိဗ္ဗာန်ကို မျက်မှောက်ပြု၍ သန္တိသုခဖြစ်သော အမြင့်ဆုံးချမ်းသာကို ခံစားခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
34. Nibbana sacchikiriya ca : To realize Nibbana and enjoy the highest bliss is a noble blessing.
၃၅။ ဖုဋ္ဌဿ လောကဓမ္မေဟိ စိတ္တံ ယဿ နကမ္ပတိ= လောကဓံ ရှစ်ပါးနဲ့ ကြုံတွေ့ရသော်လည်း မတုန်လှုပ်သောစိတ်နဲ့ ခိုင်မြဲတည်တံ့စွာရပ်တည်နိုင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
35. Phuthssa Lokadhammehi Cittam yassa na Kampati : To stand steadfastly with an unshaken mind associated with eight worldly condition is a noble blessing.
The eight worldly condition are; (ဒီလောကဓံ တရား ရှစ်ပါး)
(၁) Labha ....= Gain = လာဘ ... ပစ္စည်းဥစ္စာရခြင်း
(၂) Alabha.....= Loss = အလာဘ.. ပစ္စည်း ဥစ္စာမရခြင်း
(၃) Yassa.......= Fame = ယသ ... အခြွေအရံပေါများခြင်း
(၄) Ayassa....= Dishonor = အယသ . .အခြွေအရံမရှိခြင်း
(၅) Ninda......= Blame = နိန္ဒာ... အကဲ့အရဲ့ခံခြင်း
(၆) Pasansa...= Praise = ပသံသာ.. အချီးမွမ်းခံရခြင်း
(၇) Sukha......= Well being = သုခံ.. ချမ်းသာခြင်း
(၈) Dukkha...= Misery = ဒုက္ခံ ....... ဆင်းရဲခြင်း ။
၃၆။ အသောကံ= စိုးရိမ်သောက မှန်သမျှ ကင်းပခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
36. Asokam. : To be free from all worries is a noble blessing.
၃၇။ ဝိရဇံ= ကိလေသာမြူ မှန်သမျှ မှ လွတ်ကင်းသောစိတ်ရှိခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
37. Virajam : To have a mind free from the dust of all defilements is a noble blessing.
၃၈။ ခေမံ = ကိလေသာရန်မှန်သမျှ လွတ်မြောက်သော စိတ်ရှိခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
38. Khemam : To possess a peaceful mind free from all dangers of defilements is a noble blessing.

1. I observe the precept not to kill any sentient beings.
သိျမင္ခံစားတတ္ေသာသက္ရွိသတၱဝါ မွန္သမွ်ကို မသတ္ေၾကာင္း သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါ၏
2. I observe the precept not to steal the ungiven things.
မေပးေသာ သူတပါး ဥစၥာပစၥည္းမ်ားကို မခိုးယူေၾကာင္း သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါ၏
3. I observe the precept not to indulge in unnoble sexual
enjoyments.
မွားယြင္းေသာ ကာမဂုဏ္ခံစားမႈကို မလိုက္စားေၾကာင္း သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါ၏
4. I observe the precept not to tell falsehood.
မဟုတ္မမွန္ေသာစကားကို မေျပာဆိုေၾကာင္း သိကၡာပုဒ္ကို ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါ၏
5. I observe the precept not to be intoxicated with narcotics, drugs and alcoholic drinks which are the causes of forgetfulness of the Dhamma.

၁။ အေသ၀နာ စ ဗာလာနံ = လူမိုက္တို႔ႏွင့္မေပါင္းသင္း မဆက္ဆံျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
1. Asevanaca balanam; Not to associate with the foolish is the highest blessing.
၂။ ပ႑ိတာနၪၥ ေသ၀နံ ပညာရွိသူေတာ္ေကာင္းတို႔ႏွင့္သာလွ်င္ ေပါင္းသင္းဆက္ဆံျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
2. Panditananca sevana; To associate only with the wise is the highest blessing.
၃။ ပူဇာ စ ပူဇေနယ်ာနံ = ပူေဇာ္ထိုက္သူကို ပူေဇာ္ျခင္းသည္ ျမင့္ျမတ္ေသာ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
3. Pujaca Pujaneyyanam; To honour those who are worthly of honour is the highest blessing.
၄။ ပတိ႐ူပေဒသဝါေသာ စ= သင့္ေလွ်ာ္ေလွ်ာက္ပတ္ေသာအရပ္ေဒသမွာ ေနထိုင္ျခင္းသည္ ျမင့္ျမတ္ေသာ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
4. Patirupadesavaso ca; To dwell in a suitable locality is the highest blessing.
၅။ ပုေဗၺ စ ကတပုညတာ =ေရွ႕အခါက ႀကိဳတင္ေကာင္းမႈျပဳလုပ္ထားၿပီးျခင္းသည္ ျမင့္ျမတ္ေသာမဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္သည္။
5. Pubbe ca Katapunnata; To have done meritorious deeds in the past is the highest blessing.
၆။ အတ္တသမ္မာပဏိဓိ စ= မိမိကိုယ္ကို ေကာင္းစြာ ထိန္းသိမ္းေဆာက္တည္ႏိုင္ျခင္းသည္ ျမင့္ျမတ္ေသာ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
6. Attasamma panidhi ca; To set one self in the right course is the highest blessing.
၇။ ဗာဟုသစၥၪၥ = မ်ားျပားက်ယ္ျပန္႔ႏွံ႔စပ္ေသာေလာကီ ေလာကုတၱရာ အေထြေထြဗဟုသုတရွိ္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
7. Bahusaccanca; To have a wide general knowledge in mundane and supramundane level is the highest blessing.
၈။ သိပၸၪၥ = နည္းပညာႏွင့္ လက္မႈပညာတတ္ကြၽမ္းျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
8. Sippanca; Being skillful in the technology and handicrafts is the highest blessing.
၉။ ဝိနေယာ စ သုသိကၡိေတာ=လူ၀တ္ေၾကာင္ ႏွင့္ ရဟန္းသံဃာမ်ားအတြက္ ျမတ္ဗုဒၶက ခ်မွတ္ပညတ္ထားေသာ က်င့္၀တ္သိကၡာမ်ားကို သင္ယူျခင္း လိုက္နာက်င့္ႀကံျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
9. Vinayo ca susikkhito; Learning and abiding by the rules of conduct and disciplines laid down by the Buddha for lay devotees and monks is the highest blessing.
၁၀။ သုဘာသိတာ စ ယာ ဝါစာ =မွန္ကန္ေသာ သာယာနာေပ်ာ္ဖြယ္ေကာင္းေသာ အမ်ားအက်ိဳးရွိေသာ စကားကို ေျပာဆိုျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
10. Subhasita ca yavaca; Speaking what is true, pleasant and beneficial to other is the highest blessing.
၁၁။ မာတာပိတုဥပ႒ာနံ = မိဘႏွစ္ပါးကို နီးနီးကပ္ကပ္ ျပဳစုလုပ္ေကြၽးျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
11. Matapitu upalthanam; To attend closely to one’s parents is the highest blessing.
၁၂။ ပုတၱဒါရႆ သဂၤေဟာ = ဇနီးမယား သမီးသားတို႔ကို ေကြၽးေမြးျပဳစု ယုယျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
12. Puttadarassa Sangaho; To take care of one’s wife and children is a noble blessing.
၁၃။ အနကုလာ စ ကမၼႏၲာ = သင့္ေလွ်ာ္ေလွ်ာက္ပတ္ေသာအခ်ိန္ သင့္ေလွ်ာ္ေလွ်ာက္ပတ္ေသာ အေျခအေနမွာ အျပစ္ကင္းေသာအလုပ္ကို ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
13. Anakulaca Kammanta; To perform a faultless work at a proper time and under proper Circumstances is a noble blessing.
၁၄။ ဒါနၪၥ =ဒါနေကာင္းမႈ ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္းသည္ ( ေပးကမ္းလႉဒါန္းျခင္းသည္) မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
14. Dananca; Performing acts of charity is the highest blessing.
၁၅။ ဓမၼစရိယာ စ= ကုသိုလ္ေကာင္းမႈ ဆယ္မ်ိဳးကို ျပဳလုပ္လ်က္ ႐ိုးသားေျဖာင့္မွန္စြာ ေနထိုင္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
15. Dhammacariya ca; To live righteously performing the ten kinds of meritorious deeds is a noble blessing.
၁၆။ ဥာတကာနၪၥ သဂၤေဟာ =ေဆြမ်ိဳးေတြကို ခ်ီးေျမႇာက္ေထာက္ပံ့ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးၾထစ္ပါသည္။
16. Natakananca Sangaho; To support one’s paternal relatives is a noble blessing.
၁၇။ အန၀ဇၨာနိ ကမၼာနိ= မိမိအက်ိဳး သူမ်ားအက်ိဳး ႐ြယ္သယ္ပိုးျခင္းနဲ႔စပ္၍ အျပစ္တင္ ကဲ့ရိဖြယ္မရွိေသာ အလုပ္ကို လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
17. Anavajjani Kammani; To perform a blameless action associated with the welfare of oneself and other is a noble blessing.
၁၈။ အာရတီ ပါပါ= မေကာင္းမႈ ဒုစ႐ိုက္၏မေကာင္းေသာအက်ိဳးဆက္မ်ားကို ေကာင္းစြာသိလ်က္ မေကာင္းမႈအားလုံးမွ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ရန္ စိတ္ပိုင္းျဖတ္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
18. Arati pa pa; To resolve mentally to refrain from committing all evils, knowing well the evil consequences of evil conduct is a noble blessing.
၁၉။ ဝိရတီ ပါပါ= ကာယဒုစၥ႐ိုက္ သုံးပါး ၀စီဒုစ႐ိုက္ ေလးပါးတို႔မွ လက္ေတြ႕ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
19. Virati pa pa; To refrain from committing three bodily evil deeds and four verbal evil deeds is a noble blessing.
၂၀။ မဇၨပါနာ စ သံယေမာ = မည္သည့္အရက္ေသစာ မူးယစ္ေဆးမ်ိဳးကိုမဆို ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
20. Majjapanaca Samyamo; To abstain from any intoxicating drink or drug is a noble blessing.
၂၁။ အပၸမာေဒါ စ ဓေမၼသု = ေကာင္းမႈကုသိုလ္ ျပဳလုပ္ဖို႔ မေမ့ေလ်ာ့ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
21. Appamado ca dhammesu; Not to be negligent in doing good deeds is a noble blessing.
၂၂။ ဂါရေဝါ စ= ႐ိုေသထိုက္သူကို ႐ိုေသျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
22. Garavo ca; To pay respect to those who are worthy of respect is a noble blessing.
၂၃။ နိဝါေတာ စ = မာန္မာန မထားဘဲ မိမိကိုယ္ကို ႏွိမ္ခ်ၿပီး ႐ိုးသားေျဖာင့္မတ္စြာ ေနထိုင္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာျဖစ္ပါသည္။
23. Nivatoca; To be humble and modest without pride and conceit is a noble blessing.
၂၄။ သႏၲဳ႒ိ စ= ႐ိုး႐ိုးသားသားနဲ႔ မွန္မွန္ ဆက္လက္အစြမ္းကုန္ႀကိဳးစားရမည္ျဖစ္ေသာ္ မိမိလက္ရွိပိုင္ဆိုင္ထားတာနဲ႔ တင္းတိမ္ေရာင့္ရဲႏိုင္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္သည္။
24. Santutthi ca : To be contented with whatever one possesses presently, although one must strive and work hard honestly and steadily is a noble blessing.
၂၅။ ကတညဳတ= သူမ်ားျပဳဖူးတဲ့ေက်းဇူးတရားကို အသိအမွတ္ျပဳၿပီး ျပန္လည္ေပးဆပ္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
25. Katannuta : To acknowledge other’s gratitude and repay one’s debt of gratitude a noble blessing.
၂၆။ ကာေလန ဓမၼႆ ၀နံ = ပစၥဳပၸန္ဘ၀မွာေရာ ေနာင္ဘ၀မွာပါ ေကာင္းက်ိဳးခ်မ္းသာကို ေပးစြမ္းႏိုင္ေသာတရားဓမၼကို နာၾကားျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
26. Kalena dhamma savanam : To listen to the dhamma which can lead one to prosperity in the present life as well as in future lives is a noble blessing.
၂၇။ ခႏၲိ စ= ရန္ၿငိဳးအာဃာတမထားဘဲ သူတပါးတို႔ ရန္စေစာ္ကားမႈကို ခြင့္လြတ္ၿပီး သည္းခံျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
27. Khantica : To forgive the insult caused by other and be patient without bearing a grudge is a noble blessing.
၂၈။ ေသာ၀စႆတာ= လူႀကီး သူမနဲ႔ပညာရွိပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ား ေပးေသာအႀကံဉာဏ္ၾသဝါဒေတြကို နာခံလြယ္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္သည္။
28. Sovacassata : To obey readily the advice given by elders and learned persons is a noble blessing.
၂၉။ သမဏာနၪၥ ဒႆနံ = စင္ၾကယ္ေသာစိတ္၊ စင္ၾကယ္ေၾကာင္းအက်င့္ကို က်င္သုံးေနေသာ ရဟန္း သူေတာ္စင္ပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ားကို ဖူးျမင္ရျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
29.Samanananca dassanam : To see noble persons who have purified or are trying to purify their minds is a noble blessing.
၃၀။ ကာေလန ဓမၼသာကစာၦ = သင့္ေလွ်ာ္ေလွ်ာက္ပတ္ေသာအခ်ိန္မွာ ပညာရွိပုဂၢိဳလ္တိုႏွင့္ တရားအေၾကာင္းေဆြးေႏြးျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္သည္။
30. Kalena dhammasakaccha : Discussion of the dhamma with learned persons at the proper time is a noble blessing.
၃၁။ တေပါ စ= ကိေလသာအားလုံး ခန္းေျခာက္ေစရန္ ဣေျႏၵကို ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္လ်က္ ၿခိဳးၿခံေသာအက်င့္ကို က်င့္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
31. Tapo ca : To practise austerity by controlling one’s sense faculties in order to scorch all defilements is a noble blessing.
၃၂။ ျဗဟၼစရိယာ စ= သစၥာေလးပါးျမတ္တရားကို ထိုးထြင္းသိျမင္ျခင္းအက်ိဳးငွာ ျမတ္ျမတ္ေသာအက်င့္ကို က်င့္သုံးျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
32. Brahmacariyanca : To undertake the noble practice in order to realize the four noble truths is a noble blessing.
၃၃။ အရိယသစၥာန ဒႆနံ = တဆင့္ခ်င္း မဂ္စိတ္ေလးပါးျဖင့္ သစၥာေလးပါး ျမတ္တရားကို ထိုးထြင္းသိျမင္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
33. Ariyasaccana dassanam : To realize the four Noble Truths with four Path- consciousnesses stage by stage is a noble blessing.
၃၄။ နိဗၺာန သစၦိကိရိယာ စ= နိဗၺာန္ကို မ်က္ေမွာက္ျပဳ၍ သႏၲိသုချဖစ္ေသာ အျမင့္ဆုံးခ်မ္းသာကို ခံစားျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
34. Nibbana sacchikiriya ca : To realize Nibbana and enjoy the highest bliss is a noble blessing.
၃၅။ ဖု႒ႆ ေလာကဓေမၼဟိ စိတၱံ ယႆ နကမၸတိ= ေလာကဓံ ရွစ္ပါးနဲ႔ ႀကဳံေတြ႕ရေသာ္လည္း မတုန္လႈပ္ေသာစိတ္နဲ႔ ခိုင္ၿမဲတည္တံ့စြာရပ္တည္ႏိုင္ျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
35. Phuthssa Lokadhammehi Cittam yassa na Kampati : To stand steadfastly with an unshaken mind associated with eight worldly condition is a noble blessing.
The eight worldly condition are; (ဒီေလာကဓံ တရား ရွစ္ပါး)
(၁) Labha ....= Gain = လာဘ ... ပစၥည္းဥစၥာရျခင္း
(၂) Alabha.....= Loss = အလာဘ.. ပစၥည္း ဥစၥာမရျခင္း
(၃) Yassa.......= Fame = ယသ ... အေႁခြအရံေပါမ်ားျခင္း
(၄) Ayassa....= Dishonor = အယသ . .အေႁခြအရံမရွိျခင္း
(၅) Ninda......= Blame = နိႏၵာ... အကဲ့အရဲ႕ခံျခင္း
(၆) Pasansa...= Praise = ပသံသာ.. အခ်ီးမြမ္းခံရျခင္း
(၇) Sukha......= Well being = သုခံ.. ခ်မ္းသာျခင္း
(၈) Dukkha...= Misery = ဒုကၡံ ....... ဆင္းရဲျခင္း ။
၃၇။ အေသာကံ= စိုးရိမ္ေသာက မွန္သမွ် ကင္းပျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
36. Asokam. : To be free from all worries is a noble blessing.
၃၇။ ဝိရဇံ= ကိေလသာျမဴ မွန္သမွ် မွ လြတ္ကင္းေသာစိတ္ရွိျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
37. Virajam : To have a mind free from the dust of all defilements is a noble blessing.
၃၈။ ေခမံ = ကိေလသာရန္မွန္သမွ် လြတ္ေျမာက္ေသာ စိတ္ရွိျခင္းသည္ မဂၤလာတစ္ပါးျဖစ္သည္။
38. Khemam : To possess a peaceful mind free from all dangers of defilements is a noble blessing.
